Video Highlight Generator

An internal R&D proof of concept that automatically generates video highlight reels. It combines audio transcription (to identify key moments in the timeline) with silence detection (to place clean cuts), producing a rough highlight edit without manual scrubbing. Experimental prototype, not a delivered client product.
